Emotions are the most difficult thing to manage. When they come to the surface, they may either fill you with bliss or may even take away the bliss! A small word is strong enough to dis balance your emotional state and cause vibrations! You must have had experienced it. You are normal and all of a sudden, something happens and a whole lot of different emotions come up, disrupting your peace. Only intense meditation can help you in stabilizing your emotions during extreme events. To handle them, is not an easy job. The surfacing of emotions also depend on the emotional level of the person. A person with high sensitivity will face more difficulty in handling the emotions whereas a person with low level will be in a better state.
Emotions can be negative or positive. How a person perceives a situation will trigger the same kind of emotions. An optimist will always have positive emotions even in adverse situations. Whereas a pessimist will never experience positive emotions even in the state of bliss. Emotions usually come to the surface for a brief period only but sometimes there intensity is difficult to handle and the person may experience a stage of shock. Anger, grief, sadness, depression are negative emotions whereas happiness, love, excitement are positive emotions. The best stage is the stage where no event is able to disrupt the emotional balance, where there is neither sadness nor happiness, it is the stage of Bliss!
